2. No Medical or Healthcare Services

FlexCore Mobility Academy is not a medical institution, healthcare provider, or clinical practice. Participants are advised to consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any new physical activity, stretching routine, or movement program.

If you have existing medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, chronic pain, or concerns about your ability to engage in stretching or mobility activities, you must seek appropriate medical advice prior to participating in any educational program offered by FlexCore Mobility Academy.

The academy and its educational contributors assume no responsibility for medical decisions made by participants. Educational content does not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Their role is limited to providing educational information, guided demonstrations, and learning support within the context of structured courses.

Educational contributors do not enter into professional service relationships, clinical treatment relationships, or therapeutic relationships with individual participants. Any guidance provided through educational materials is general in nature and not tailored to individual medical circumstances or health conditions.

Participants acknowledge that educational contributors cannot and do not provide personalized medical assessment, individual health recommendations, or treatment plans through academy programs.
